Since Tito Ortiz is ( -140 ) in this fight, he is the favorite. For every $1.40 you bet, you will win $1.00 if he were to win the fight.
The simple math: Your Winnings = $140 (your bet) / $1.40 = $100

Since Rashad Evans is ( +120 ) in this fight, he is the underdog. That means for every $1 you bet, you will win $1.20 if Evans were to win the fight.
The simple math: Your Winnings = $100 (your bet) / $1.20 = $120
